Known as the Prayer plant, for the way its dark green leaves fold together at night, they lift their leaves in the evening and lower them in the morning, mimicking praying hands. This lush tabletop plant features a distinct herringbone pattern, with hints of red underneath.
The Maranta Red Prayer Plant (Maranta Leuconeura) has their own internal clock exemplified in their daily rhythm. The broad, oval leaves have two-color variegated spots with red veining on the top side and a reddish color on the bottom side, making them very festive to enjoy in any home or office.
**Please note that some plants are more delicate to the shipping process, as it can cause shock, and may arrive with browning or damaged leaves. Plants that arrive a little stressed can bounce back quickly with a little watering and placement in indirect sunlight/ partial shade.**
